These terms cover your use of fillyourfleet.com, the services you buy from Fill Your Fleet, and the text messages we send. By using this website, signing up for a plan, or opting in to our texts, you agree to these terms.
Our services are for business use and may include driver careers pages, applicant text follow-up, missed-call text-back, document collection, driver qualification (DQ) expiration reminders, a CRM pipeline, and, on the Full Service + Ads plan, advertising setup and management.
We don’t guarantee any number of applicants, hires, or other results. Results vary with your market, pay, equipment, and how you use the services.
Program name: Fill Your Fleet texts about your inquiry, calls, and our services (and, for fleets using our system, applicant follow-up texts sent on the fleet’s behalf).
By checking the optional, never pre-checked text consent box on a form, or by telling us verbally that we may text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We handle your mobile number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We aren’t responsible for the performance, policies, or decisions of third-party platforms such as ad platforms, job boards, carriers, or payment providers.
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent allowed by law. Fill Your Fleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You can cancel anytime as described above. We may suspend or end services if you break these terms, misuse the services, or don’t pay.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
