Fill Your Fleet provides driver recruiting automation, reminders, and document collection for small trucking fleets. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Fill Your Fleet.
Fill Your FleetWhen you fill out a form on our website or book a call, we collect:
If you sign up for a plan, we collect the details needed to set up and bill your account. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not keep full card numbers on our own systems.
When a fleet uses our system, drivers who apply through that fleet’s careers page may provide their name, contact details, and application information. We process that information on behalf of the fleet to deliver our services. The fleet remains responsible for its hiring decisions and driver qualification files.
We keep records of our communications with you, such as emails, text messages, and call notes. If a call is recorded, we will tell you as required by law.
Our site and the services that host it may automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
When you fill out one of our forms, on this website or in a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead ad, we collect what you enter: your name, company name, phone number, email address, state, USDOT number (optional), and your survey answers. A Meta lead ad passes your answers to us under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. We use this information to reply to your request, send the demo or information you asked for, and follow up by email, phone, or text. Text follow-up only happens if you agreed to receive texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not sell or rent your information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
If you agree to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent. We only text people who have given consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See the SMS terms in our Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
